You can now quickly view any record in your account — all from one screen.

Similar to our existing Contact Quick View feature, the new Object Quick View feature allows you to see your custom object, Deal and Company records on a portion of your screen, without having to load another page. This makes it much faster and easier to find the information you need and to interact with your records: You can send emails and SMS messages, log phone calls, add notes and more right from the Quick View screen.

If you and your team interact with your leads and customers regularly and response times are important to you, this feature is a must!

To get started, just hover over any of your records and click Quick View Icon.

Quick View example

Quick View is made up of five sections:

  1. Overview: Immediately see important info stored in the record and all the recent interactions each contact has had with your business. You can also send a quick email, SMS or log a phone call, add a profile picture, or have one pulled automatically from a social media profile.
  2. Fields: Add or remove any fields, including all your custom fields. You can even see different fields depending on which group of records you’re viewing. Just click Next and Previous to see each of the records in your group.
  3. Tasks: Quickly add, edit, remove and complete tasks for the record you have selected.
  4. Notes: View and edit existing notes and quickly add new ones for your most recent interactions.
  5. Related Objects: Add and update any object data.

Here’s how it works:

Ever accidentally send an email to the wrong group of contacts? You can now cancel messages that are still processing to minimize the damage. If the email was already sent to some contacts, you’ll be able to see exactly who got it so you can send them a correction message.

The ability to see who received the message and who didn’t also comes in handy if your internet ever goes down halfway through a broadcast.

With our updates to Broadcast History, you can now also:

  • Export information on completed broadcasts, such as name, subject, number sent, etc.
  • Resend or restart broadcasts that stalled.
  • Use the new failure notifications to see why a message failed to send.

You’ll be able to access all of these actions from your Broadcast History. To get there, go to Contacts → Broadcast History. You can select any of the processing broadcasts to cancel, re-send or export.

If your broadcast failed, you can hover over the ? next to the “failed” status, and a tooltip will pop up and tell you what went wrong.

Ontraport has always been designed to help you systemize your business so that you can scale. Now we’re taking it a step further by systemizing your business for you.

We’ve created all the essential systems a business needs for capturing leads, making sales online, engaging customers and more so you don’t have to worry about it.

You won’t have to build automations from scratch.

You won’t have to stare at a blank page as you try to word your emails just right.

You won’t have to hire an expensive designer to make your pages look good.

We’ve done it all for you.

“My vision for Ontraport has always been to create a software that’s simple enough for non-tech geeks but also actually useful,” said Ontraport Founder and CEO Landon Ray. “With these prebuilt systems, we’re giving entrepreneurs the fastest and most effective way to build their business online.”

These systems are more than just funnels — they include all the pages, emails, tasks, forms, and anything else that’s part of the experience. They’re also more than just templates — the assets have been thoughtfully written and designed by professionals using today’s best practices.

What systems and setup wizards are available?

Our goal is to create a setup wizard for almost every system you can think of. In the first release, we’ve focused on systems that you’ve told us in our Facebook User Community that you want:

  • Email Newsletter Opt-in and Delivery: Collect new subscribers, confirm their subscription, and automatically schedule and send your newsletters.
  • Free Download Lead Magnet Funnel: Get opt-ins for your free resource, deliver it via email, and follow up to keep your new leads engaged.
  • Mini-course Lead Magnet Funnel: Show your expertise to your leads and pitch your product with an educational video email series.
  • Webinar Promotion Funnel: Gather sign-ups for your webinar and automatically send reminder emails to increase attendance at your webinars.
  • Thank You Page Conversion Booster: After you capture new leads, use your thank you page to learn more about them so you can follow up with relevant messaging.
  • Stay-in-touch Drip Email Campaign: Nurture your leads with an ongoing series of emails that share your expertise and advice.
  • Persuasive Sales Funnel: Sell your product or service with a long-form sales page and order page, built to convince buyers that you’re the right choice.
  • Abandoned Cart Recapture: Give a nudge to almost-buyers who came to your order page but didn’t complete their purchase.
  • Smiley Survey and Testimonial Generator: Gauge the sentiment around your product and gather testimonials from your happiest customers automatically.
  • Membership Starter Kit: Create an Ontraport Membership Site, complete with automated login functionality, reminder emails and more.
  • Subscription Management on Autopilot: Manage subscription payments and give your subscribers a Customer Center for self-service.

How the prebuilt systems work

To get started with a new system, go to Systems+New, select the system you want to work on, and click Start.

Every prebuilt system comes with a setup wizard that will walk you through how to customize your campaign and assets for your own needs.

The wizards begin with an introduction video that tells you what the system includes, what you can achieve with it, and how long it’s going to take to set up.

When you’re ready to begin, just click Get started.

After the introduction, the setup wizard steps are broken into sections, such as a section to set up your campaign and a section to personalize your messages.

Each section comes with its own set of steps with instructions for simple tasks such as adding text or images as well as any context you need about the asset.

For example, when tweaking our prewritten text, you’ll be able to see a text preview so you can be sure your copy makes sense within the context of your message.

Or if you’re adding a link to set up your campaign, the setup wizard will tell you what page you should grab a link for and all the fields you need to set up the link.

You’ll be able to track your progress on your steps sidebar, and you can skip steps that you’re not ready to work on yet. You don’t even have to complete a setup wizard in one sitting because all of your work will be saved for you.

From your Systems tab, you can see how much progress you’ve made, and you can simply jump back in to complete any of your incomplete setup wizards.

Once you’ve completed the setup wizard steps and click Finish, all of your assets will be installed and stored, and you’ll be able to find the system in your Systems tab.

Lastly, after you launch your system, you’ll get notes and tips about other ways you can customize the system.

Organize all your campaigns with Ontraport Systems

While our prebuilt systems are great for those getting started or those ready to systemize a new aspect of their business, users who already have systems in place — even if it’s something you built years ago — can also benefit from the Systems collection.

In the Systems collection, you can add your own systems to keep all your related assets together.

You can easily and quickly find what you’re looking for when you need to make updates or check on the status of a campaign.

To create a system, simply go to Systems+ NewStart from scratch and start adding your assets.

You won’t actually have to add every single asset one-by-one; if you add an asset that is already connected to another, such as a campaign that sends three emails, all connected assets can be added.

Systems are good for more than just organization. They’re a massive upgrade when it comes to measuring performance.

With the stats for every asset in your system in one place, you can easily identify any emails that need to be reworked or a landing page with the best conversion rate. This birds-eye view of your systems makes managing and optimizing your system a cinch because you’ve got all the information you need right in front of you.

Check out all the prebuilt systems available in the Systems tab, and let us know what you think in the Facebook User Community!

In response to some of the most popular feature requests we’ve received, we’ve made multiple updates to the way you create order forms that make it easier and allow for more customization for any use case.

Here’s everything you’re getting:

  • Enjoy a full screen product grid: Every setting you need to set up an order form or manual transaction is in one place. No need to leave your product grid to set up taxes and shipping. Just  them and set up your rules.
  • Customize the language on order forms: Want order forms for different languages? No problem. Simply open your order summary settings and pick the option you want from your “language” dropdown. By default, your order forms will use your account’s language settings. To get there, go to Personal Profile.
  • Create a payment option for any use case: The trial period payment option has always let you create custom payment options, and now you can do even more because you can rename the “trial” heading to fit your needs, such as charging a deposit or a down payment.
  • Use saved offers on order forms: The saved offers you use on logged transactions are now available on order forms. If you always include a special offer on your order form, you can now save it and easily add it any time you set up a product for sale. Plus you can edit and delete saved offers so you can update or remove old offers and stay organized.
  • Apply coupons to manual transactions: You can easily offer a discount on a manual transaction by applying a coupon to the transaction. Use a shopping cart integration? It works for manual transactions made through the API too!

Do you dream of automatically sending the data about your purchases to your bookkeeping software as soon as you make a sale?

You can say goodbye to out-of-date books and manual entry — you’re getting two different options to send your data where you want it.

If you use Zapier to connect your Ontraport account to third-party services, you can use either of two new Ontraport triggers that kick off your “Zap” when your contacts purchase a product or when you log a transaction for them. Then you can automatically send all of the information about that purchase to your third-party app. This keeps your books up-to-date without the repetitive task of manually adding your purchase data.

If you’re an advanced user or developer, you can make your integrations 100% effective by using two new webhook subscriptions, “product is purchased” and “transaction is added,” instead of polling. You can send your purchase data in real-time and make sure that the information stored in your integrated app isn’t out-of-date until your next poll.

Check out our API documentation for more information on these events and payload.

Your Ontraport Membership site just got a whole lot easier to manage. You can add a Customer Center where your members can view their purchase history and update their information, such as their password and credit card number.

This not only gives your members an easier experience but also takes these administrative tasks off your team.

Adding a Customer Center to your site is super simple because it’s just like any other landing page element. Here’s how it works:

There are three new Ontraport Page elements you can drag and drop onto your page:

  1. Change Password button
  2. Update Credit Card button
  3. Payment Info

Since your Customer Center is built on Ontraport Pages, it’s completely up to you how you’d like to customize it. You can add all the features, or just the ones you need, to create a page tailored to fit your needs and brand.

Once you’ve added the elements you’d like, set your page’s display settings to show to “logged in members,” and publish your page to your membership site domain. And you’re set!

Your Ontraport account isn’t just a complete automation toolbox — it’s also a storehouse for all of your marketing materials. With Ontraport Systems, you can now keep those materials organized by the process they belong to for easy access and overview.

Think of Ontraport Systems as containers in your account where you can put all your related assets, such as landing pages, forms, emails, campaigns, tasks, etc., and easily manage every piece of the processes you have running for your business.

For example, if you clicked into your newsletter system, you’d see your newsletter signup form, new subscriber thank you page, newsletter emails and newsletter campaign.

When all your related materials are stored together, it’s easy to stay organized. You don’t need to use any strategic naming conventions, and working with teams or virtual assistants is a breeze, since you’ll all be on the same page — literally.

You can enable Systems in your account by going to  → Advanced features and toggle on Systems.

Once it’s enabled, you’ll have a new button on your navigation bar – .

When you click that button, you’ll be brought to your systems collection, and from there you can click  to get started.

Adding assets is easy. If you want to add an email, locate the email section and click  then select your email or create a new one as you go.

You don’t have to add all your assets one-by-one because your systems can tell when your assets are related. Let’s say you have a campaign that sends three emails. When you add that campaign, you can automatically add the emails to your system at the same time.

Once your systems are set up, you can check out the stats for each piece, get an overview of how your entire process is working, and quickly make any needed changes.

Have you ever wanted to create a seamless transition between your ad and landing page without having to publish several slightly different versions of the same page?

Now you can with your new display condition that lets you show/hide content on your landing page blocks based on any variable contained in your URL, such as UTM parameters or a specific subdomain.

Let’s say you have two ads running to your sales page. One is a free month offer, and the second is 25% off an annual subscription.

The links on your ads send your leads to the same page, and your UTM variables tell you which ad your lead clicked:

  1. mysalespage.safechkout.net?utm_campaign=Free+Month+Offer
  2. mysalespage.safechkout.net?utm_campaign=25+off+annual

You can set up two two unique blocks on your sales page for each of your ads, then set their display conditions:

  • Go to Edit block → Display Settings.
  • toggle switch the “Only show this block if the page URL contains specific text” option.
  • Click Add condition.
  • Select “contains” or “does not contain.”
  • Add your URL variable, such as “Free+Month+Offer” or “25+off+annual.”
  • Click White save button

Your leads want personalized experiences, and ensuring that your ad and landing page complement each other is a fantastic way to show your leads that you’re paying attention to their interests.
